"I was only staying at Larkspur one night as I was going to Idaho and Montana, but I wish I was staying there for my entire vacation. Through the years I have stayed at numerous hotels in the U.S. and Larkspur is by far the best. The rooms are silent and very clean and are like small apartments with a nice kitchen, a big refrigerator etc."

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"I actually feel bad rating this as low as i did but since one man's behavior made us decide we will never stay there again i suppose the rating is fair. There was a gentleman working the evening shift Saturday night who was a real a$$####! We got back from a day out exploring and dinner and the parking situation was terrible. You mean you pay $20 for parking and there are not enough spots? We drove around the building twice with no luck finding a spot so we came back to the front to park in a valet only spot. Just as we were about t i get out an employee pulled out of another spot so we parked there but it had a sign for the coffee place only. So we went inside and were trying to explain this to him but he just wanted to argue saying there were 55 spots available. No they were all occupied but he continued. This man needs to leave customer service. Other than that everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice in the morning too. If he were gone I'd go back otherwise. Good luck I'm sure he will cost this hotel more business!"

"Hotel had a little remodel happening and the pool was just reopened which they were unsure about. Room description was inaccurate, not queen beds they were doubles. Only 1 Check-in staff so they were a little stressed but still friendly. Other front desk staff later in the evening were very friendly and helpful getting our DoorDash to us. Room was clean, comfortable and work for our 1 night stay. Breakfast service was okay."

"The property was clean, the room as well. Staff were amazing. Hot breakfast of potatoes, sausage and eggs were cold. We would absolutely stay again, just skip breakfast."
