"The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. "We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. "The cottage was overall comfortable and fine. The outside area wasn't in a good state. Dead rabbit parts in multiple places. Hotel reception had the worst of it removed when requested. Outside bench wasn't very sturdy. Facilities inside were better, good TV, comfy bed, good water pressure, well stocked kitchen and appliances. Bathroom lacked cleanliness with a few mouldy areas. "

"Unfortunately, my experience staying at this property was below par. Two main issues, when I arrived the apartment (1) smelt terribly of damp, probably mainly to do with the fact that no windows were able to open. I also found the apartment to feel quite unsafe, with the main building door only supported by a very wobbly Yale and an emergency exit fire door from one of the bedrooms straight outside which is also felt very unsafe during the night.
