"Iron didn't work and leaked water on my clothes. Took two calls to get a new iron. Telephone didn't work well and could not hear reception on the phone. The AC was very loud coming on and off all the time. Hall door closed with a very loud bang. Toilet flushing woudl wake anyboudy from a sound sleep. Nice staff though"

"The ice bucket had dried residue in it and smelled like vomit. I took it to the front desk and no apology was given, she just said someone could bring me another one. The ice machine did not work and had to call to see where I had to go to get ice. "

"The bed is not pillow topped as described, the shower floor was cracked and can cause injury. Shower floor is incredibly slick while dry, and even worse when wet. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, the toilet was not secured to the floor, we did not get a snack box as it says we would for a premium room. "

"Superbly clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was large spacious and comfortable with a free hot breakfast buffet as well. Around a 10-15 minute drive to the fort but a good location and easily accesible"
