"Beautiful facility"

"The property was a very well-maintained. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The pool area was extremely relaxing. Would definitely stay there again when I’m in Boise/Meridian."

"Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location. Cons: 1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in. Keys were ready when we got there and check-in was quick, but our room was given away while we were there. Fortunately, it was during the day and we were in the room when this occurred. Front desk did correct the booking problem. 2) Our floor (3rd) was quiet, but heard people/children walking/running...

"Everything was perfect - extremely helpful staff as I had issues w my reservation with Expedia. The manager Jordan went above and beyond and the rest of the team was amazing as well! Housekeeping department was so sweet and helpful. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay where the team cares ! Will def stay here again. Minimal complaint was that the jets weren’t working in the hot tub but other than that A+ stay!"

"What a great place to say. The trees and landscaping are beautiful and so welcoming. The Seth was friendly and so accommodating. We have family that needed to change clothes in our room and there was plenty of space and room for everyone to sit down. We come to Boise to see Family and this will be where we stay from now on. "

"cable TV didn't work properly, 1st night had to disconnect DISH input then reconnect & reboot to get proper reception. 2nd nite all that was available was pay per view netflix & some gay sitcom with canned laughter on FOX. We like to view local news, weather etc. We'll try somewhere else next trip."

"I was unhappy that they did not provide kleenexes in room also there was no hairdryer. If you wanted clean linens other than the day they cleaned you had to take the dirty one down to the front desk, Also if you needed your garbage taken out again before they cleaned you had to do it yourself, They only clean biweekly. I will not stay there again."

"Parking was decent not great. Guest dryer broken. Loud dogs barking all night, doors slamming all night, loud conversations in the hall and Mexican music playing loud from hall all night. Overnight guest services was called nothing was done was reluctant to do anything. No fitted sheet on the bed. Shower got hot and drained appropriately."
