"Clean and accommodating"

"I stayed at this property a couple times last year and it was immaculate. Now a year later the room I was given had a horrible odor like a mixture of something dead and alcohol. I immediately let front desk know and got another room. The next room was okay but better but seemed as if a deep cleaning was not done but bearable. I kept the bathroom open for no reason being I was the only person in the room. When I got up this morning to take a shower and close the bathroom door halfway I noticed on...

"Complimentary breakfast was very minimal to say the least"

"My mother was having surgery at a nearby hospital and experienced some complications. The staff was amazing at accommodating additional nights in the same room and were also very compassionate. The room was nice and the continental breakfast was very good as well. They even offered a discount to patients of the hospital. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay"

"We always stay at this hotel when traveling to Meridian. I love how clean and comfortable it is. I love the beautiful landscaping around the property. It is easy on and off the freeway but just far enough from it that you don’t hear any freeway traffic."

"Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in very dirty. Staff was horrible at customer service never once did we get any clean towels for four days they left a note on our door saying if you want your trash in you have to take it out all the way to the other side of the parking lot to the dumpsters, they do not empty trash. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to clean up your own room sleep in the same dirty sheets, and use the same towels for four days very angry from California."

"Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly but lacked in telling us anything about the property suchbas, fitness center hours, breakfast, hours or Wi-Fi password. If they're even west password needed... Housekeeping was still working when we arrived, and they were all very friendly in the hallways. However, a good housekeeping attendant always checks the amenities in the bathroom, and our conditioner was completely empty and the bedside readung light was out. These are all very minor but...

"the room has the sink outside the bathroom without any privacy. The shower was fine. the air-conditioner was out of service and the temperature was in the upper 90's. Understandably these things happen. The pool was nice and the parking was convienent."
