By phone the lady just kept telling me she had emailed me my information for the code to access to the building & my room & would not provide me the information. I waited an additional 3hrs to resolve this issue. The floors looked like they had survived a flood & smelled just as bad! The rooms looked nothing like the pictures! Available Laundry room, free to use! Friendly, helpful staff. Private parking lot: just download app, book length of stay, can come and go with no hassle! Great location: Ten-minute drive to Westfield Täby Centrum shopping mall, and the Melanders Fish Restaurant; seven-minute drive to Restaurang Pont Hägernäs Strand, fabulous....

"Bra hotell i förhållande till priset. Problemet var att den ventilation som krävdes var ur funktion de 3 sista dygnen. Resultatet blev att värmen steg och syret försvann. Vi fick byta till ett lite större rum. Detta hjälpte inte något nämnvärt. Reparationen borde utförts direkt."
