"The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary essentials of home. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to the apartment with a coded key lock system. The view to the beautiful backyard was a plus. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and fast with no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Clean property, nice people, decent amenities, mediocre location - The Hotel North Pole is probably the best place to stay in North Pole. You have to set your expectations to the location. This is a very small town outside of the "larger small town" of Fairbanks. The entire region is very industrial. Gravel parking lots and heavy equipment abound. This location is at the end of a stip mall parking lot. We thought North Pole was some kind of of quaint little town like you'd see in New England....

"When we arrived in our room in the late evening, there was water on the carpet near the window and the room was not very clean. We complained to the front desk the next day and asked for a different room for our second night there before the land portion of our cruise. We were told the hotel was at full capacity, so they didn't have a different room for us. Very disappointed."

"Overall was good. Really was not in room except to sleep. Convenient location, right on Chena river. Window AC worked but had to have curtain open so it is hard to sleep with it being light out. Definitely needed the AC for our stay."

"A fantastic Fairbanks experience! The cabin was perfect with all the supplies needed. It averaged 20 below zero during our stay and a fire everynight made it cozy. Cabin HVAC kept all parts warm. Our host Carl reached out before we arrived and during our stay to make sure we had everything needed and make sure no problems. Our only request was for a plug for the car engine heater. There is a plug next to the cabin entrance and Carl supplied a extension card. Location is just outside Fairbanks...
