"Our stay at Pike’s Waterfront Lodge was truly unforgettable and made our first visit to Alaska extra special.
The hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, and full of Alaskan charm. The 24/7 airport shuttle was incredibly convenient, and having a restaurant next door plus nearby attractions like Pike’s Reindeer Park made our stay even better.
What stood out most was the warmth of the people. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We especially appreciated their honest...

"Great property, clean, comfortable and best of all with great orientation to see the Auroras. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic (frozen items in the cabin’s fridge). Felt awkward not to ever meet any Staff at the lobby but they were always quick to answer email or phone. We recommend it !"

"This did have basic service that you would expect with a 3 star hotel. We were a party of 6, with 3 rooms reserved for 3 nights. Granted, we were some of the last visitors for the season, just prior to closure, but I literally had to go begging coffee refills for the mornings, and the tea was not replenished. I finally located some at the front desk--since housekeeping was unable to locate. Also, had to beg for Kleenex--after the dispenser was left empty for two days.

"Older property in residential neighborhood. We stayed 7 nights. There was no full breakfast as advertised or the reviews indicated. It was not even a continental breakfast quality. Nothing hot, just cold cereal. The owners family had a medical situation and was gone. The staff brought in to help does not cook. I've made 2 attempts to contact and ask for a partial refund to cover the $45 breakfast we had to get elsewhere. "

"Billie’s lived up to our expectations and more! My teenage daughter and I spent one night and loved it. Billie is kind and inviting. The hostel/house feels cozy and filled with history and memories. I was hoping to see the Aurora and managed to see a ribbon of dancing green lights right outside the hostel. There’s a wonderful cafe less than five minutes away. :)"

"The room was half cleaned , sheets and towel only changed, I have doubts that they clean really. 3 box of pizzas which including pizzaz in it , from previous guests was there, previous guests keyes was on counter, after several follow up i was able to get a refund of 45 $ , i am waiting to get it, they told it takes 10 days. I paid 150$ for one night, we checked in at 3 AM and check out at 9AM. Breakfast was bad also, "
