"I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."

"Excelent location for couples, everything is decorated with style, you feel like an aristocrat. Staff is amazing and the access to the see is very convenient. The best is having the complementary breakfast on the terrace. Parking available at the hotel for €35/day, very convenient considering the prices in Opatija. Overall a very pleasant experience! We received this room because when we got there, we had paid, in advance, for a room with a balcony, and then the front reception told us we did not have a room with a balcony after I asked. "Schönes, in die Jahre gekommenes, renoviertes Hotel im Kaiserstil, inmitten von Opatija. Das gleiche trifft auch auf die Zimmer und der Ausstattung zu. Die Zimmer werden sauber gehalten und ein freundliches Personal erwartet dich. Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr gutes Haus Restaurant machen einen Urlaub in dieser 3-Sterne Kategorie auf alle Fälle buchenswert. Es gibt betonierte Badeabschitte mit Ermäßigung für Sonnenschirme und Liegen vom Hotel und eine Ermäßigung für die Dauer der Park Zeit...

"Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sauber gewesen. Zimmer für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas klein, aber trotzdem alles da. Großes Lob an das gesamte Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider ist die Parkmöglichkeit sehr schlecht. Beim Hotel sehr eng und man muss den Schlüssel abgeben, damit die anderen Autos ausparken können... ."

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Allerdings sind an einigen Stellen bereits deutliche Gebrauchsspuren erkennbar. So fiel beispielsweise im Spa-Bereich die von innen sichtbare, teilweise abgenützte Außendecke auf. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, bei der Sauberkeit besteht jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial: An der Decke befanden sich Spinnweben und der Teppich wies bereits einige Flecken auf. "Super zuvorkommendes Personal, nett und besser, als im fünfSterne Hotel in Opatija. Auch die Aufzüge haben wunderbar funktioniert. Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden was da. Schön, dass sie auf Berge von Plastikmüll bei den Portionspackungen verzichten! Toll. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Zu Fuß alles zentral erreichbar . Parkplätze sind etwas eng, aber so ist es in Opatija. Wir waren kurz da, aber es war sehr schön."
