"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig.
Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"Off the beaten track location, with a few other places to eat and drink nearby.
Good size room for 2 people, comfortable beds. Room was clean, the bathroom had spots of mold. Towels were old and thinning, there were no washcloths and the front desk staff was not helpful about getting them - I never did. Did not see any housekeeping staff to ask either.
Breakfast was good."
