"I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Hyatt. The room was massive as was the bath (it was handicapped accessible). The common areas are inviting. The downsides were: only one ice machine was working out of three (soccer tournament teams ice chests possible blame), the handicapped shower shot water onto the floor, and I couldn't find a way to prevent it, the breakfast was good but not great. "The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo.
I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!"

"This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas.
Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice.
We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent.
Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas.
Overall great experience.,"

"This hotel is extremely loud as it's located right next to I-25. You will hear traffic all night, including what sounds like drag racing. So if you're a lighter sleeper, I highly recommend something else. It's also located in an industrial area so there's very little nearby, no restaurants. The staff were very nice, but our room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of hair still on the floor of our bathroom. Continental breakfast is robust, lots of options."
