"We booked king bed. On arrival given room with two queen. Room dated and dirty. Went to front desk and told they have no king beds. Explained this is what was booked. Basically told sorry. Went to get away because wife battling breast cancer. No empathy, nothing. We could not stay. Wound up off strip ..."
