"This is my go-to place to stay every summer that I am in Amherst for work- three separate trips over the course of 3 weeks from late June to mid-July every year. The facility is clean, the rooms immaculate and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is varied, plentiful and delicious. "This hotel is very dated and not clean. Didn’t look like they mopped the floors in a while. The wall paper behind the tv was peeling and dirty. Looked like food stuck to it. A floor scraper would get the gum off the floor easily. The chair is old and peeling as well as the paint. The photos online did not match the room. Major over haul is needed in this hotel.
