"Front desk check in was terrific"

"The room was clean, the staff were incredible (helped find my roommates wedding ring that he took off when exercising the morning of departure and inadvertently left it in the bathroom), check in process was great and smooth. "Clean room, great breakfast, love the 24 seven coffee and tea… just one thing, please don’t announce out loud the guests room number as they’re checking in for safety and security for the guests. Sometimes other guests have nefarious intentions and especially for female guests we don’t appreciate having to always having our back up against the wall, worrying about creeps like that hearing our room numbers set out loud. "The hotel was very clean, large spacious rooms and friendly front desk staff. My one complaint is that the heat seemed to struggle to keep up in these freezing temperatures. It was 65 in our room when we arrived and we set it to 71… in the morning it was 69 so it didn’t really get to the temp we set it at. It wasn’t freezing in our room by any means… it just wasn’t as warm as we like it. Not a huge problem. Other than that, it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Niagara Falls. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the Falls and attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay. We would consider staying here again."

"This place is so great! Staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Front desk staff is beyond impressive and personable. We come to NF every now and then and when we do, we stay at the Giacomo. Complimentary breakfast is great too. Sky view longe is an added bonus with awesome views. Obviously, we’ll be back. "

"Hotel was clean no issues. Front desk staff was super helpful. Close to the falls and anywhere you need to go in minutes. Only issue was my room had broken hooks and we were there for a cheer comp so we couldn’t hang uniform. "

"The room was clean and warm when we arrived 1-30-26. Internet would not work while we were there - but when reported they promptly assisted as best they could and gave us the phone # to their tech folks. The breakfast area was kept clean, neat, and they attempted to keep things filled the entire time they were open (6am-10am). Staff even remembered details about us and asked things specific to us when we were leaving."
