To get the key is nothing but a hassle, and if you do it wrong, you have lost your option. It is all in Slovak, so it's difficult. I even had my driver from Slovakia trying to do it since I struggled to read it, and he failed twice. I would give the apartements 4 and the key solution 1. And the lack of people there 24/7 2...
