"This hotel far exceeded our expectations it was more like a mini resort and wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights.. perfect for exploring the local attractions and only 40-45mins to Alton Towers. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos. The amenities were awesome and there’s a range of free activities and entertainment that was put on whilst we were there. The staff were also amazing, we will be back for sure :-)"

"My family had a fantastic stay at the house in Nottingham! The property was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished—everything felt welcoming and well-maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. It was the perfect base for exploring Nottingham, and I truly appreciated the quiet comfort of the space after busy days out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Lovely, quiet, hotel in a residential area very close to the River Trent. Ample free parking, although the staff will need a note of your vehicle registration. Our superior king size room was fresh, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is an in room kettle, tea, coffee etc as well as a coffee machine with pods Although we were only there for one night there was plenty of space in the wardrobe and there were also lots of hangers - which makes a refreshing change. We had Sunday Lunch in the bar which was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. The staff were friendly and chatty, prices were very reasonable. This hotel also has a small, if a little cool, swimming pool. A sauna, jacuzzi and a sizeable gym. The pool area is very inviting and looks like it was refurbished quite recently. The only disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. It’s meant to be cooked to order but the bacon was seriously overcooked (as if it had been sat around for a while and had dried out) and the fried eggs given to my husband were very unappealing - their bottoms were an odd green/black colour. Overall it was a great one night stay and we’d happily stay here again. It was perfect for the event we were attending, the leisure centre was a real bonus, the staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable. It was also great value for money"

"Our stay at Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa was unfortunately far from the experience we had hoped for. Even though we only stayed for one night, that was more than enough. From the moment we checked in, there was no warm welcome or friendly greeting, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. The room itself was very disappointing—dusty, dated, and showing clear signs of neglect. The bed linen was ripped, and as a family with allergies, the dust made the room particularly unpleasant and uncomfortable. The lack of customer service continued at check-out. We were simply asked for our room number, and before the process was finished, the receptionist started serving another guest. I was left standing there and had to ask whether I was actually checked out and free to leave. It's a real shame because the hotel looks impressive when you drive up to it, creating high expectations. Unfortunately, the reality did not live up to the first impression, and overall the hotel was a significant let-down."

"Yet another stay at this beautiful renovated city centre hotel. As always a very pleasant welcome on arrival and at check-in, plenty of easy parking (and not expensive). Beautiful spacious double room with en suite shower a bath and toiletries to hand, N/B no air conditioning presently, but given two large effective fans running through out the day to help maintain room airflow, room was serviced every day to maintain clean and crisp atmosphere. Breakfast served as a buffet along side a small A La Carte menu offering upgrades. Beautiful bar and reception area offering drinks or respite from city centre life."

"Honestly three stars is enough. Staff seem genuinely under siege from aggressive management witnessed managers making things worse while bombing around the building full of importance. One manager was so wound up she snapped at my wife for ordering coffee They clearly don't enjoy their job which is fine The hotel is clean and modern just don't expect anyone to say hello"

"The hotel itself was lovely as was the room and bathroom. Sadly the bed itself was really hard as was the pillows. The bedroom was really hot as well and even though we had a window that opened t wouldn’t stay open. We also had a fan in our room of the hotels and one we bought with us but the room stayed incredibly hot. Woke up with the most horrendous headache."
