"The peep hole in our door was missing, giving you a clear view into the room. The floor in the room was sticky in places and clearly had not been swept. A little over an hour before check out time we got on the elevator with a member of house keeping and was asked what room we were in and when we were “getting out”. I can forgive the coffee machine being broken at breakfast but the rest…100% avoidable"

"You get what you pay for. Given its age and proximity to the coast, it's a cheap place to stay."

"when you come in the hotel it had an odor, in the hallways and the room as well, we had to go to Walmart to get plugins to help with the odor, the pool was full of bugs and the evening/ night staff was very rude several times when we asked questions."

"I went to check in waiting for an hour an half they finally got me a room at 6pm then I go in the room was not ready so I took pic an video to show front desk she then give me another room that was not ready too pic an video of that she gets upset with me an cancel my reservations an told me she refunded me because I took pictures of the rooms that wasn’t done! I didn’t get my money back an nowhere to stay"

"Could see the beach but view could have been better, room was very clean, ask staff to just make bed and change towels, and even tipped the attendant..she only changed the towels so things were good but could have been better"

"Room had trash from the last person, as well as a used towel on the balcony. The walls were poorly painted with obvious spots missing. Mattress was thin and cheap. Breakfast was horrendous. Fitness room was used as some sort of “storage.” Whole property smelt and kinda just looked bad. Property looks nothing like the pictures"

"Breakfast was poor compared to other same or lower category places. Not hot breakfast items. No staff readily available to make coffee. Coffee pots empty except for decaf and flavored coffee. Disappointing."

"We had some people in the room next to us that had non stop barking dogs on the first night but the staff handled it and was good from there. Bed was comfy housekeeping does a great job, those guys are great."
