"My suggestion would be... Upon check-in to have the desk clerk show how to use the room key card. We stay at various hotels in our travels and they all work a little different. This hotel had a key card that you inserted and pulled out quickly, then you can move the handle. Other hotels you leave the card in to work the handle. Some you just need to hold it up to the reader on the handle. This would save traveling patrons frustration after a long drive. We encountered another couple trying to get the keycard to work and showed them how to do it after we had the front desk show us. But my husband had to go back to the front desk twice to get the card to work and then the front desk clerk came up with him to do it and we realized that we were doing it wrong. It was very frustrating when you are that tired. "

"The staff was very friendly, but the entire property was filled with marijuana smoke. Normally I don’t care what people do outside, but the smell was all the way up to our room. So, not exactly a smoke free property. The room was clean, but sort of worn down. Amenities were nonexistent, no coffee or breakfast. "

"Check in guy very nice. Room remodeled. Soft, clean bed, nice floor. But the room floor by the garbage can needed a deep cleaning. Outside hallway the carpet is so dirty, it is off putting along with a faint pot smell. Pool was closed. Breakfast is toast, cereal or waffles. We slept well. The staff and the beds were the best part. "
