"Needs a renovation. Elevator smells like weed. Carpet is old, stained and sticky. Bathroom has mold in the corners and rust on the fixtures. Furniture is worn through and stained. Place is gross."

"No coffee maker in the room. Air conditioner not run in the room for a while. Room smelled stale. Loud music from the bar. Morning staff rude though check-in person was very pleasant and helpful.
