"The staff were lovely and accommodating always happy to help day or night. The room was clean, bins emptied daily and bed made as well as a fridge. Free games in lobby, free movies in the room, public transport tickets available in the Lobby with recommendations from staff. The hotel was a short 15 minute tram ride to centre, 35 minutes walk through the park to Prague Castle and gardens. The staff realised it was my birthday and left a cake in my room when I returned. Would definitely recommend...

"Its amazing, the staff is so kind! If i had to say something bad it would only be that the wifi sucks a little. Other than that we had the best experience! My husband got injured and nothing was to much to ask for the staff members, they are truly amazing people! So incredibly kind! "

"Our stay at Mozart Prague was exceptional. On arrival we were brought to an amazing suite with a huge living space. The only issue for us as guests was the amount of stairs it was to get up to the suite with a pushchair and my partner who had recently had surgery. So the hotel kindly moved us to a suite that for most floors we could use the lift. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs and friendly at all times. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation."
