The refrigerators should be a larger size, they are hard to get to and don't have enough space to store much! "

"Very friendly and professional young lady that worked during the weekend to host the resort, clean the rooms, and check in the guest. The suite was spotless! The resort is so cute and comfortable. We stayed in Room 200, the best room. Our dog was comfortable and loved the deck. The dock view was fabulous, and it's a 2 minute walk to the beach shore. We loved the little swimming pool with heated water. Parking was right out front and it was FREE! We paid a fee for the dog, but it was cheaper than...

"The rooms were very clean, but dated. The pool was very clean and warm. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming always having the coffee on every morning. There is no view of the ocean, but a short walk to the beach. "

"Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again."

"The AC did not work in our room. The water park passes are not included in the reservation. The water park did not work for one of the days bc they had no electricity. The bar/snack shack was not open at all during our entire stay. Front desk staff was very nice but never mentioned the slides and lazy river were not working. No ice buckets in the room to get ice. "
