"I thought sleep inns were a fairly nice hotel. This one was incredibly outdated and the bathroom gave me the ick. I coudve stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Won't stay here again. "

"The location of this property was great. Our stay was a different story. At check in no one was at the desk, I waited for close to 10 minutes before anyone helped me. I later ask for wash clothes and was told I could get them in the morning when additional staff was there. I have stayed at many hotels and have never been told to wait till tomorrow! Unfortunately no one was in the hallway with the cart in the morning nor was there anyone at the desk so we never got the wash clothes………. Listening...

"Hate to leave low reviews but also gotta keep it real. This hotel is looooong due for renovations and upgrades. It feels basic and looks old....Definitely not keeping up with the times/ all the newer hotels that are popping up. The furniture is old, the carpet is dark, old and ripping in some places. The bed skirts were not the rt size...dragging the floor, stain on the duvet, water pressure in the shower meh. The TV was nice size but limited channels and did not offer "smart" options to hook to...

"The first room I was in was horrible. It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok"

"We came in late while on a road trip. Either the bed was extremely comfortable or I was exhausted. They even had firm pillows. Who sleeps on pillows where you head rests o. The mattress? The shower pressure was adequate. Breakfast was on par with other hot breakfasts at other hotels. Ill stay there again the next time i pass through Lebanon. "

"The room was clean but I could tell previous guests at smoked in it. It looked like this hotel may have been removed more recently so it does feel newer and nicer. However, when we were checking in, the super loud fire alarm was going off and even afterthought firemen showed up, they could not figure out how to turn it off for several more hours. It was so incredibly loud, we tried to go out to the pool, but it was super dirty. We ended up leaving for dinner early to save our eardrums."
