Khách sạn Smyrna

"Nice property. Construction going on next door."

"Room had signs of water damage on furniture"

"The entry door to our room was very dirty on the inside of the room. And the bathroom door was the same way. This property does not have an elevator. All rooms are entered from the outside. The continental breakfast was very good."

"Staff was most helpful. We did not eat the breakfast. Parking was convenient."

"Room was clean but there were several insects that looked like stink bugs in the rooms that had to be removed each evening. Breakfast was meager."

"Definitely don't get there late because it will be a hassle. Front desk needs more training, asked for a receipt of my stay but it seemed very hard for them to get to me and to explain my charges. They were nice though."

"I booked a room for 3 nights the bathtub was clogged up takes awhile to drain. The mattress was not comfortable at all it's very old and no firmness woke up with serious back pain. Very old outdated hotel needs a lot of work. Do better Marriott!!"

"The staff were really nice but this place is a dump. Furniture worn out. Tub that won't drain. Towel rack comes right off the wall. Shambles."

"The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay"

"Me gusta que siempre limpiaron la habitación, pero la atención es virtual y es pésima la calidad de audio es pésimo y el cuarto apestaba horrible a cigarro (pedí una habitación de no fumadores) definitivamente no volvería"

"The bed where comfortable and shower was great pressure and hot water"

"Made call to hotel to ck on an item. They did not answer phone. Called several times. Phone just rang and then cut out For non smoking rooms! REALLY! This is a smoking accommodations only! Rooms were filled. Thus makes your stay bad. You stink. Every thing u take in stinks!"

"our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms."
