"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Really good stay. Had an issue with the bathroom plug and was able to speak to someone straight away. Very hot in the apartment, especially the bathroom. Another fan or two would have been great. Only issue was in the parking area, very tight to get out the space when all spaces were being used. Walkable to everywhere if interest. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Great unique and quirky loft space. Very central right opposite Minster Cathedral. The bells rang for about an hour on the Sunday midmorning, but don't know if that is a regular thing. The loft was cosy and warm. Too warm at times but you can adjust the heating. I don't think the bedroom window opens as i struggled with it,so a shame no air can get in as the bedroom can feel a little stuffy at times. "This was a very nice one bedroom flat that had everything we needed for our stay. Our flat was on the top floor and with heavy luggage it was a bit of a challenge but overall we enjoyed out stay very much and would recommend it to others that want to explore York."

"This was a great find with free parking outside the front door on a quiet residential street less than 10 minutes walk from the city walls. Lillian met us at check in and we couldn't fault the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. There was a quality welcome pack in the fridge and the apartment was warm. The best recommendation I can give this property is we would love to stay again "
