"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."

"The staff are friendly and professional, breakfast options were very good. The main criticism I have is the room was far too small with poor storage, and my upgraded balcony was unusable so a waste of money. I shall not stay there again because of the room, but if you are traveling on your own for 1 or 2 days, with a requirement to be close to the city then it’s fine"

"The location is the best thing about the property. It is 5-10 min walk away from the underground station and has many subway lines that you can take. The property is modern and next to a Pret for a quick coffee in the morning and a short walk to many nice restaurants.
When we arrived, check in was fast but when we got to our room, I was disappointed that I did not get the king bedroom that I reserved. Upon speaking with the front desk, I was told that the king beds in London are smaller than...

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the hotel’s fragrance, particularly in the entrance and common areas, was extremely overpowering at times. The strong scent affected my allergies and caused headaches and nausea, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable.
While I appreciated the excellent service from the staff and the cleanliness of the room, I would strongly encourage the hotel to reconsider...

"這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望：
窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。
房門玄關近浴室處的地墊是破損的，觀感不佳。
衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。
浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。
整體而言，地點確實優越，但客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe...
