While the hotel is older, upkeep was good - clean rooms & public areas. Staff were friendly. Amazing location in Marylebone and walkable to Oxford, Regent, and neighbouring areas. Many great restaurants nearby. Got a complimentary room upgrade which was much appreciated!

The Mandeville Hotel is quaint yet has everything modern that you need - including charging ports and good showers! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and made our stay special. We love the location of the hotel - close to restaurants and shops.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Mandeville Hotel. I had a Deluxe Single room which was lovely and a good size for a single room. It was spotlessly clean with great amenities including a comfortable bed. The staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was wonderful - cooked, Continental, fresh fruit, pastries, juices, coffee, tea, everything you could possibly want and at a very high standard. The bar was also fantastic and the service was excellent. It was such fun meeting up with friends there before going out to dinner. The location is fantastic and surrounded by beautiful shops and restaurants of all price ranges. I honestly cannot wait to stay at The Mandeville Hotel again.

Everything was great! We stayed one week in September. Rooms were clean with a nightly turndown service. Staff were both friendly and helpful calling a black cab and helping with our luggage. On-site resturaunt served a great breakfast buffet. Amenities in room such as a espresso machine and tea pot. We also had robes and slippers. Air conditioning and water pressure were great as well.

Had a wonderful weekend stay with my partner at this beautiful hotel in a prime London location. It’s only a stone’s throw from Selfridges and Oxford Street yet feels very tranquil. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet too. Highly recommended!
