The water access was ideal to launch our paddle boards and kayak, and the sun deck area wonderful. St. Clair is a excellent host and instructions were perfectly detailed. "This was a nice stay while I was in Sneads Ferry. The location is very convenient to Topsail Beach/ North Topsail and Surf City. A five-minute drive to the oceanfront - and about 15 mins to downtown Surf City. The King room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was also very quiet - which I appreciated. 5+ for breakfast and waffles with all the fixin's."
