"Room was generally clean and tidy. Cracked floor tile in bathroom with water stains to the wall. Showering… no hot water!!! Had to leave the hot tap running over the basin to get any warm water through the shower. Bedroom was cold, thermostat would not work to increase the warmth of the bedroom. ..."

"Absolutely brilliant enjoyed every second of our stay,staff were brilliant and very helpful and polite met all our requirements and needs,car park a additional bonus and lovely breakfast, amazing place to stay perfect location as we were at the castle for a concert.one word to sum this hotel up ..."
