"The hotel property is nice. However, we requested a turn down of our room with the front desk and they said it would be done by 3:30pm ,.. it was not done at all and we had to get ready in a dirty room for an evening event. We then requested two towels however they brought 2 toilet paper rolls instead ( huge delay) then we shared our experiences with the front desk and she said that’s “too bad” …. Based on the presumed rating of this hotel I was disappointed with the service"

"It was very clean and pleasantly decorated. Staff was friendly. Plenty to choose from at breakfast.
My only complaints are really trivial things. The hand soap dispenser in our bathroom was empty. Easy enough to reach into the shower to use that dispenser. The flashing light on the smoke detector was obnoxiously bright."
