Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It didn’t seem like the sink or floors had been properly cleaned, and while the bed was okay, the overall room just did not feel clean. There were also multiple bugs on the ceiling and walls, including three spiders in the bathroom. The customer service was great, but the condition of the room made the stay not ideal"
