"The hotel itself is actually nice and comfortable, but the experience was completely ruined by hidden fees and what feels like a front desk scam. I traveled for 8 hours to get here and arrived just one hour before the official check-in time. Instead of showing basic hospitality to a tired traveler, the staff demanded an additional $25 fee just to let me into the room early, or told me to wait.
There is absolutely no mention of this mandatory early check-in charge on their official website....
