"This hotel is a good location if you are attending a concert at Rogers Stadium. The room was clean and the staff were good. I was disappointed when my room wasn’t cleaned. I was told they only clean every other night. I wasn’t told that at check in. The price $499/night was overpriced for being over an hour from downtown."

"Our first time at this hotel. Clean and well laid out. Room was spacious and quiet. We weren't impressed with the breakfast buffet and would partake of anything there. Otherwise we would recommend this hotel"

"Always a nice place to stay when we come to Toronto. Clean facility, pleasant staff and close to a shopping mall! Easy access to the airport and yet traffic noise is not a problem."

"Had issue with dates no one could make a call about changing anything until a Monday and wanted to charge over 4 hundred in fees to book a new room with no guarantee about getting refunded for room that was still never used"

"The room was very clean and new. There is adequate parking and valet if desired. I intended to have breakfast at the restaurant on the main floor, but the staff member there was inattentive and didn't take my order, so I left. I didn't use any amenities, although there is a pool. If you like to play the slots, your paradise is just an elevator ride away."

"The parking was convenient and easily accessible, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. That said, there were several areas that left room for improvement. While breakfast is advertised from 6:00AM - 9:30 AM, there is no menu provided, so guests have no way of knowing what to expect. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and you don’t care if the bed is comfortable then this is the place for you. It’s conveniently located right next to the airport so that’s nice. "Arrangements were made upon checking in that we would pay by debit upon checkout,however first thing in the morning they slid a receipt under our door and took the payment off the credit card they held for security. Have stayed2 times at the other location and was much nicer."
