"Opted for the “premium” room and it was anything but. Hair all over the floor, shredded floor towel for the bath, dead bugs, AC barely worked, hallway smelled super musty and elevator was trashed. It was as fine for a quick one night stay but definitely don’t think it’s a premium vacation spot."

"Our room was clean for the most part, the dresser drawer was broken and couldn't be shut, we didn't have a remote for the TV, but front desk did give us one and the coffee maker was so dirty with a coffee pod left in the water, so I had to clean it out. The caribou restaurant did not serve dinner, ..."
