"The best about the hotel is definitely the location just a step away from the old town. My room did not have windows for the outside just inside which means curtains have to be closed all the time. "Hotel was amazing, location, service, parking, all great, very modern with a feel of being part of the great castle. My biggest issue was no AC, I don’t want to sound like a spoiled American, BUT, it got hot, me and two teenagers, I opened a window we turned the fan on, it was ok, but the window had no screen, WHY!!!!!, a bee flew into our room, my kids saw it but didn’t tell me, I turned the lights off, called it a night, BAM!!!, my daughter got stung, she’s allergic to a lot of things but...
