"Very convenient hotel near Noi Bai airport. Staff was very helpful including a made-to-order BF and free shuttle in a brand new SUV to the airport. I would have given it an excellent rating but there is road construction in front of the hotel and it was difficult to find the hotel from the road."

"Last minute booking through Hotel.com. I sent them a message to collect me at the airport but apparently they can't reply to me. Called them on their contract number and was collected at the airport. Room was large, basic, clean and comfortable. The "free shuttle service" is not free. I paid 250,000VND (return) which is not too bad. Staff were wonderful."

"Excellent service during check-in and checkout. The property manager went out of the way to arrange taxis for us when we were finding it difficult to get app rides. Not only that, he even volunteered to drive us to the airport, which was five minutes away when our app ride canceled at the last moment and we were getting late for the flight. He insured a delightful stay for us in every possible way."
