"I received a room in the building behind the main motel. It was very quiet there and had rocking chairs in front to sit back and relax even in times of rain. The room was comfortable with a TV, microwave and refrigerator. Also had a coffee pot, iron with board, ice bucket, and hair dryer."

"We were allowed to check in a little early, since our room was ready. The room was clean and plenty big. The pool and whirlpool are covered, which was nice to not have to worry about sunscreen. There is an area outside to lay in the sun. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. This property is very centrally located between Smoky Mt Park, Galveston/Pidgeon Forge, Ashville, etc. We stayed in Maggie Valley all week and went in a new direction each day. "Would have give 5 stars across the board on everything if there hadn’t been toilet paper left on the plunger in the bathroom. Everything else was wonderful. Was please that we were able to bring on pet. The fee for pets was very reasonable. Will definitely stay again."

"I absolutely loved this property! I didn’t want to leave!! Location was perfect. Bull frogs, birds even the light rain was relaxing. We stayed in the Mountain Laurel Yurt and it was amazing. Clean, upgraded, very luxurious! We had two elk wander in to drink from the pond and they were so beautiful! I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!"

"We requested a room with microwave, refrigerator, shower and a king size bed and our request was granted all. Everything was very comfortable and our car was parked close to our window. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you make a reservation between Monday-Thursday the rates are very reasonable. We were a couple of blocks away from the casino also. Also if you make a reservation directly on their website when you finalize your payment you get an automatic 15% discount. We will be going back...
