"Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable.
The reason I'm giving three stars is because of a few inconveniences. We needed to use the pullout sofa bed, but there were no linens provided. We also didn't receive enough towels for the number of guests in our room. Additionally, the laundry facilities were limited—one of the two washing machines was out of service, and the other was already in use, so we weren't able to do laundry during our short stay.
None of these issues ruined our trip, but they did make things a little less convenient. With a few small improvements, this would easily be a higher-rated stay."
