"I really enjoyed this hotel. From the very pleasant and helpful front desk staff to the sauna and hot tub, it was all lovely. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced and the pillows were so great, I have since purchased the same ones for my home. Simply outstanding!"

"The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Before the check in, they allowed us to leave our suitcases at the pod so we could easily visit the village. The room was clean and well maintaned. Plenty of space for a couple. My rate would be 100/10. Defintely I would come back. "

"Felt quiet and secluded but so close to the lower village. We had a mt. View which made it feel like we were in the woods. Room was clean, spacious and eccentric. Loved the unique decor in the room and around the hotel. Also a great perk was the candy bar set up in the lobby and the personalized card and macaroons in our room for my sisters bday. "

"The room was amazing the staff was very friendly the only thing i will say was, when we got to the hotel a guest told us the hot tub was not working, we called down to the desk to confirm, they checked confirmed it was working all of us go down to the hot tub and it wasn't working so we went to the front desk and the guy was very standoffish.and told us oh well, but all the other staff where great and the hotel was beautiful "

"We had a great time at Cascado Lodge. The unit is small and there’s only a hotel-like fridge if you’re planning to cook. The amenities are good including pool, sauna, although one of the jacuzzis’ jets were broken. The location is amazing - 10min to the gondolas - and with tons of dining and shopping options. "
