Khách sạn Solicchiata

"The property is stunning and unique and is exactly as it appears in online photos. The food was delicious - especially the breakfast and the omelet which was amazing! The tasting was lovely, the rooms were clean, and we appreciated the espresso machines in the room. The only negatives (all minor) were that the outdoor hot tub was out of commission waiting on a part to arrive (I know these things happen but it was a bummer since we were very much looking forward to using it and our room only had...

"Lovely breakfast, really clean rooms and nice spa facilities!"

"Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Check-in was effortless. Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff kindly...

"La camera era bella ma la colazione non era fresca. ho dovuto fare 50km per cenare perchè c'era il giorno di chiusura del ristorante. La piscina andrebbe decisamente sistemata per via del calcare. Mancavano gli asciugamani per la piscina. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è soddisfacente"

"This entire property was beautiful and so well maintained. My parents and I enjoyed the triple room very much. The staff was very helpful, and paid a lot of attention to details, even already setting out gluten free pastries for me after I asked if they had some the day before. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant. We didn’t have a car on this trip, so we enjoyed our time at the hotel for 3 nights. I would definitely book again, and recommend this place to anyone...

"We stayed here as a base to discover Sicily by car. It has plenty of parking, generous breakfast, nice pool. Perfect for active vacation or pool hangouts. The property has also a nice view of Etna."

"The property is beautiful. The rooms were charming. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"It was fun to have a view of Mt Etna right out our room window. The hotel facility has a pleasant inner courtyard, which was nice in a busy urban setting, and a good place for breakfast when the weather allows. Speaking of breakfast, the offerings were extensive and included some preserves made by the kitchen. The plantings were lovely. There were some interesting antique furnishings and decorations, including a massive wine press (or maybe olive press?) in the breakfast room. Some of the room...

"The View to Mount Etna was the best, the garden house was well looked after so you enjoy the green areas and the calmness there. wished to spend more time there but had plans to go out for most of the day so was good overall. would definitely recommend it for couples who want to escape the city and enjoy the view."

"Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated. Breakfast was good"

"Unfortunately our room did not have a working shower in the middle of August heat. We notified the front desk immediately and were told the problem would be solved in the morning. It was never addressed, we were never provided with an update or option for another room. We had to pay for a local beach club on our own to shower. At check out I brought up the issue and was told there was nothing to be done, I have been trying to call and message to be compensated for having no working shower the...
