"This resort is going to be our new go-to resort! The rooms were clean, the environment was well kept and beautiful, and the staff was always kind! We had more accommodating staff than not, but those who were not as accommodating did not overcome the majority of the kind staff there! The lay out is great, not too far and not too close to each other. It allowed us to be spaced out with other guests during the day, but coming together at night was great and fun! Many activities that the H10 website plans/schedules through out the day to try different things as groups! Each person we went to was 21+ and we loved every pool, bar, and restaurant! Food was GREAT! Definitely better experience than other all-inclusive resorts we’ve been too. We were planning our trip back while we were checking out! Such a great and memorable stay!"

"Everything was great service. The place. The only disappointment we had was the beach. I understand nature. There's no control but would have been nice to know that more up front the condition of the beach because my boyfriend really wanted to have a beach cuz he loves the ocean."

"Great resort! We had an extremely relaxing stay at this Beautiful property. It has amazing restaurants and great food. French restaurant is my absolute favorite! The beach was full of sargassum and not usable but the staff tries hard to keep it clean. We stayed in a golden junior and it was beautiful. Only downside is a motion sensor in the bathroom that blinds everyone in the whole room if you get up at night. If you love to exercise and need a gym this place may not be for you. It’s very small. Limited equipment and the space outside with dumbbells has very few, is in the heat and occupied by fitness classes."

"I upgraded to the platinum riviera pool room and loved it. I was originally in the swim out room and I didn’t like how the loungers were right across looking into my room. I feel like all the rooms should have a designated place to dry wet clothes. The food was ok and I suggest you book your reservations ASAP because they fill up unless you just go to the buffet. Diana in the platinum riviera was awesome and made my birthday really special!"
