"I absolutely love the Wyndham Alltra and return every year the last four years. The location is unbeatable, clean rooms, chill vibe with the right amount of party. We absolutely adore the staff! Jesus the bartender and Jesus the server , David, Ariande, Sebastian, Carlos and Marianna, plus others have always made our trip unforgettable!!! Can’t wait to go back and might have to make it a two time trip per year. I absolutely recommend this resort hands down and won’t even bother looking for another location. "

"The food from pajama party was cold and wrong. Transportation inside the facility would just pass by and not go to lobby to pick us up, It got to a point were lady’s standing by had to complain about the situation. They also never gave us the pictures they promised for the family slime. Other than that staff, food, entertainment, park, rooms bar’s was a 5+ stars"

"All inclusive is supposed to be a food experience, I think from the week I found a couple of good flavorful items. Everything the was terribly bland, no flavor and disappointing. We did not drink the cool aid and join their "club" and so we had to stay on the poor people side, which meant sub par food and a terrible hotel room. My family stayed in building 10 in a nice 2 bedroom suite, 1 King and 2 queen beds. The only problem is when the other rooms turned on their water it sounded like the police were about to break down our door, there was a terrible knocking that happened everytime one of the other rooms turned on their shower. When we told management, they made it sound like they had heard that compliant before and offered us another room that were "close" to each other but not connected or next door and only had a king bed in each room. So we stuck it out with the knocking and didn't sleep well. Now I hear that if you are able to book the Royal Level they don't let the poor people in that didn't join the club, and that is where all the good food is as well as the good reviews. Spend the extra money and stay at the real Xcaret with the good food and access to all the parks. $4,500 life lesson I wish I would have known a couple months ago."

"The pool was nice and clean, however the floor of it was very rough and my feet were raw after a couple days of being in it. 2nd the pool chairs were snatched up by 6:30AM. If want a pool chair you have to put something on them, claiming them, early on. The arcade was not free and was expensive. The pool table was $3 per play as well. Overall a fantastic resort."

"The resort has a lot of potential but lacks guest service. Workers were not very helpful and did not go above and beyond. Oftentimes, when a problem or question arose, you would be sent to someone else. It was also very difficult to book dinners on the app, however the buffet had plenty of food. Overall, average service with potential to be good! "
