"I stayed here for a month recently. Location was close enough to walk to 5th Avenue and Walmart. Beautiful roof top pool and sun tanning area. Owner is a great man, very accommodating. Only thing you have to be aware of is there is no elevator yet, so if you can’t do stairs it’s not ideal. Very clean, minimalistic, but roomy."

"Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. "Fantastic stay! The beach was beautiful and well maintained, food was delicious, rooms are ample and super clean. We had previously stayed at Royal Haciendas in 2023 and did not have a great experience - we thought we would give this place another try and have nothing but great things to say about our stay in 2026. Once of our guests experienced an injury while at the resort and I can not highly recommend the Dr. on site enough - he is very thorough and genuinley cares about his patients. Hotel management went above and beyond during our stay. Also - would like to give recognition to a few staff members who made our stay extra special. Our kids loved the kids club and Danna, Diana, Kitzia, and Geo made their week. Alejandro at Kinoko restaurant provided great service all week long as well!"
