"I stayed here for a month recently. Location was close enough to walk to 5th Avenue and Walmart. Beautiful roof top pool and sun tanning area. Owner is a great man, very accommodating. Only thing you have to be aware of is there is no elevator yet, so if you can’t do stairs it’s not ideal. Very clean, minimalistic, but roomy."

"The apartments are exactly as pictured. Close to the beach, although the beach here is quite small (more fishing boats and docking around), and can get busy/not so calm since it’s in the center of the town. Definitely easy to get to anywhere in Playa del Carmen and do tours, dine out and shop. We traveled with older parents and little kids so everyone hung out by the pool - the lounging area is quite big and nice at Magia. "This is the second time we've stayed at Oceana. We like the fact that it is a newer building and has a nice pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The location suites us pretty good with everything close by. There is 24 hr person at the front desk and the garage entrance so it feels safe. We will stay again."

"Perfect location for exploring Puerto Aventuras! We loved being minutes from all of the restaurants and cafes, and a walk down the streee to pickleball courts and gelato! This suite was perfect for our family of 7 - very spacious and super comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!"

"When we arrived we were down graded from the suite we had booked to a regular room because of water damage to the ceiling. The water damage looked like it had been there for quite some time when i went to view it with the guy at the desk. When questioned why would they have that room available for booking if it wasn't rentable. They said they had no answers for us. We had no hot water and very little water pressure for our whole stay.
