"The property is beautifully maintained, featuring a pristine beach, multiple pools, diverse dining options, and daily entertainment. A unique highlight is the on-site Maya ruins and abundant wildlife—including spider monkeys, coatis, agoutis, iguanas, tropical birds, and deer. It was incredible to experience the local culture and nature without leaving the resort. Management clearly does a fantastic job keeping operations running smoothly.
We booked the Royal Level, and the upgrade was well worth it. Our room was remarkably spacious, clean and we loved having access to the exclusive amenities. A major perk was the Royal Level's private pool and French restaurant, which offered an outstanding all-inclusive menu with absolutely no reservations required. Across the rest of the resort, the buffet restaurants provided excellent variety, and we were consistently impressed by the overall food and drink quality.
Above all, the staff truly makes this resort shine. They are consistently attentive, courteous, and genuinely happy to help. We appreciate everything the team did to make our family vacation a great memory and highly recommend this resort."
