"Rooms were clean, staff helpful. Unfortunately some spa amenities were out of order and couldn’t be used. There is an odour coming from the spa to the floors - something is wrong with the air flow in the hotel and needs to be addressed by the management. The food at restaurant was below our expectations. Don’t order fish there - it wasn’t eatable, but we were charged anyway…"

We stayed there the week before this stay and had 3 rooms on the second floor. I rated those rooms 5 star. This time we were in 3 rooms on the first floor the air conditioning did not work in any of our rooms. Our shower sliding door did not slide and the door to the deck in my son’s room did not lock."
