"We stayed at this hotel in Cava de'Tirreni, using it as a base to visit the ruins at Pompei. We took a taxi here from the Salerno Train Station and either walked in the historic centre or took a train to go to Pompei.
As for the hotel, this is a well-maintained, older style building and is first class. The breakfast here was a class act, with tables reserved for us each day, and an excellent availability of fare typical of a continental breakfast. At the same time, other items were also...
