"We spent ten days at the resort and despite of a couple days of wet weather we had a wonderful time. The view from the restaurant was amazing! The tropical breakfast was very good . The Spa at the resort was excellent, especially massage and face treatment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday."

"An absolute gem! Our room was spacious and very clean. The gardens are well kept, great onsite restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the deep pools. My son loved the kids pool. Loved how private and secluded it is with a five star resort feel. Needs some structural work on the decking and pools but ease of access to all other areas which are concreted. Cosmetic stuff. The basics are MIA - examples include our room not being made up at all on two occasions, having no towels for the pool available on four of the seven days we stayed (our longest wait was close to an hour), being told we could have an extended check out but then told no when we came back to pay.
