Restaurant not that busy on the evening. We were told to take a seat and then we were ignored. After around 10 minutes I had to get the waiter over. Placed our order. Starters came and when eaten we were again just ignored. Had to chase down staff again for service. Mains came, not what we ordered. ...

Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!
