"We stay every year for the Jazz Festival. Every year there has been issues… from unprepared staff, flooding, to room cleaning. This year was different. Super helpful staff every time we interacted. Room was clean. Beds not very comfortable but you win some you loose some."

"Beautiful setting and room options. Had a delicious dinner and great service from Sofia in the Tap Room Only negative is that interior signage isn’t always clear. And we stopped a male employee to ask for guidance to the Tap Room - he was very annoyed. All else good."
