I requested new sheets from front desk(Crystal) but she never brought them. I went downstairs to retrieve them myself and stood at the front desk for almost 5 minutes while Crystal played in her phone. I literally had to say excuse me for her to look up. I asked her what happened to her bringing fresh sheets to my room and her reply was "oh, I must've took them to the wrong room." I will never stay there again."

The only problem I encountered was the noise in the middle of the night from loud cars in the parking lot and nearby street."

"Some of reviews were not accurate in their praise of the facility. The hotel is very old with the outdoor entries, although very well lighted and safe. The breakfast was not extraordinary as noted but it was very satisfactory. Quite comparable to competing brands. The room was clean in appearance and furniture and bedding were reasonably new. BUT, the staff WAS EXCEPTIONAL as noted. I would stay there again if I were in the area."
