The pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot weather and our kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. It is close to everything, restaurants, entertainment, city center, and yet the hotel and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, helpful, like family. "Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Guter SPA Bereich. Leider kostet Parkplatz extra (11,50 pro Tag!), dafür ist dieser überwacht. Bei Check-in war Rezeption leider nicht besetzt, sodass wir warten mussten. Deutsch Kenntnisse vorhanden, ist als positiv hervorzuheben."

Nur zwei kleine Handtücher, Loch in der Balkontür, falsche Fernbedienung, viele Spinnen und Spinnengewebe, lose Tapeten, keine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster defekt. Hühnertreppe ins Apartment, für ältere und behinderte Menschen unzumutbar. Wasserhahn lose, usw. Kein WLAN, Insgesamt inakzeptabel, zumal für diesen Preis.
