"I found the room pleasant, but could have been hair-free, tv not working, wifi very poor, 2 members of staff in restaurant not very friendly, timing of food very rushed once ordered, starters came, half way through, mains came, soon after tired fruit salad came along, madev was excellent, helpful and friendly. "

"Amazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing . Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain."

"The resort is nestled beautifully amidst the forest, offering a serene and scenic escape from the hustle of daily life. With its natural setting and friendly staff, it has the potential to become one of the best retreats in the region. What We Loved: The location is stunning-surrounded by forest, it truly feels like a nature escape. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay more enjoyable. Plenty of ways to stay entertained, including indoor games and a swimming pool. Convenient amenities like free parking (just outside the premises) and room service. The on-site restaurant adds to the comfort of staying in. What Could Be Better: The room lighting needs a serious upgrade-apart from a bedside lamp, there's no proper light source, making the space feel dim, especially in the evenings. While the glass ceiling in the bathroom is a great concept, the execution needs work-it leaks, keeping the bathroom floor constantly wet and slippery. With the rainy weather, basic provisions like doormats or umbrellas would have gone a long way in improving comfort. The spa is operational but currently offers only male therapists-more inclusive options would enhance the experience. The restaurant, while convenient, is on the pricier side with limited food options. A bar or lounge area would be a welcome addition."

"Quiet retreat atmosphere. But also not located near anything so a bit isolated. You get your own casita with your own patio. Beautiful except for shower/tub which is difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Apart from that perfect. Breakfast is perfectly fine but not amazing as it is in other 5 star hotels. Coorg food is restaurant was great. Dont order the pizza! Spa is great. Had 2 massages and both great. "
