The buffet was excellent for an all-inclusive, with so much variety and delicious flavours. Special shout-outs to Miriam (Guest Services Manager), Maru (Deputy Manager), and all the bartenders, waitresses, and entertainment staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and friendliness made all the difference. We chose the Favourite Club option and really enjoyed the extra touches it offered. The views from the hotel over Cala Egos are just perfect — such a beautiful setting. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. "Recently renovated, friendly to small children. The staff were generally very helpful and well trained, the beach and pool are beautiful,and breakfast buffet was excellent. The prices of things like drinks and lunch were pretty high, this drove us not spend on them and go elsewhere (€26 for a burger or sandwich)."
