During my previous visit last week after arriving from Canada, I had a small concern regarding my stay. What truly impressed me was the way the management handled the situation. Mr Bhupinder, personally reached out to me after my review, sincerely apologized and assured that my next visit would be be more comfortable and enjoyable. I stayed at the property again for two days and this time everything was excellent. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. A special mention to Rohit, who was absolutely exceptional with his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help at every step. His hospitality really made a difference. I was also happy to see the pool fully functional and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, clean, and very comfortable.
